The room service at the hotel was impeccable, with Hamada El Ansari and Mohamed Ahmed always ready to assist with a smile. the quick responses to any requests made our stay even more enjoyable. the stunning view from our room and the exquisite design of the hotel added to the overall ambiance of luxury and comfort. The restaurant at Regal Heights Hotel was a culinary delight, offering a mix of local and international cuisine that satisfied every palate. the buffet spread was impressive, and the Khedewi restaurant stood out with its delicious kofta, chicken, kabab, and grape leaves - a true gastronomic experience that left us craving for more. the location of the hotel, with its private beach area, provided a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation. the facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool and fitness center, catered to our every need. the staff, including Ms. May and Ossama at the reception, ensured that our time at the hotel was nothing short of perfect.
