The room service at the hotel was impeccable, with Hamada El Ansari and Mohamed Ahmed always ready to assist with a smile. the quick responses to any requests made our stay even more enjoyable. the stunning view from our room and the exquisite design of the hotel added to the overall ambiance of luxury and comfort.
